Be aware that the membership system and the charts membership are not automatically linked an additional registration is required to access the charts
NOTE the most common issues are
1. Members have not done the additional registration on the charts website.
2. Members have registered and are getting ID already used or not active as they used a different email address on the membership system to the charts website
